We are looking for a creative and motivated Working Student in B2B Social Media Marketing to strengthen our presence on LinkedIn and position XO Life and its key experts as thought leaders in the Digital Health industry.
In this role, you will create, manage, and strategically plan high-quality content around Product, Technology, Medical, Strategy, and Industry topics, helping to shape our public voice and brand perception.
Create, manage, and schedule LinkedIn posts for XO Life’s key persons and company accounts
Develop content around Product, Tech, Medical, Strategy, and general Digital Health topics
Position XO Life as a thought leader in the healthcare and digital health ecosystem
Publish press releases and news on XO Life's website and keep it up to date
Research relevant industry trends, competitors, and emerging topics
Identify high-impact content opportunities and translate insights into engaging posts
Collaborate closely with our design team to coordinate visuals, formats, and campaigns
Ensure consistent brand appearance across all LinkedIn content
Conceptualize, manage, and optimize B2B LinkedIn campaigns - potentially also on other platforms
Support performance tracking and continuous improvement of campaigns
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (ideally in Marketing, Communication Studies, Business Administration, Media, or a related field – but not mandatory)
Creative mindset with a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
Fast learner with strong interest in Digital Health, B2B Marketing, and Social Media
Excellent written and spoken English is a must
Affinity for digital tools, platforms, and analytics
First experience with LinkedIn, social media management, content creation, or marketing tools is a plus
